What we collect

Nothing. Resultant has no user accounts, no login, no forms that submit data anywhere, and no database. Every calculation, diagram, and document you work with stays on your device.

Cookies and local storage

No cookies are set by this site. The shear and moment and Mohr's circle tools use your browser's local storage to remember which diagram style you picked, the moment of inertia tool remembers whether the parts table goes into the export, and the system dynamics tool keeps its sketch pad drawing there so a reload does not lose it. When you follow a link between pages, a timestamp goes into session storage so the next page knows to play the transition; it is removed as soon as that page reads it. Your browser also keeps a copy of the site's pages, font and PDF library so the tools open without a connection. Nothing else is stored, and none of it leaves your browser.

Third-party services

Resultant is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes web requests at the network level and may log anonymized metadata such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and country of origin for security and infrastructure purposes. This is standard for any website and is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The PDF export library is loaded from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), so your browser sends jsDelivr a request for that file, which includes your IP address. The font and everything else comes from resultant.tools itself.

No advertising networks, social media pixels, or other third-party trackers are loaded on this site.
